i have the haru, she has lots of dakka but i prefer kitakaze because of how sluggist haru is
her turning circle is worse than some bb and she has slightly worse concealment in exchange for one extra turret and some extra health, plus kita gets better matchmaking

@sakura 2k5 I prefer Kitakaze too since you can play her like a conventional DD. Harugumo plays more like a Zao/Yoshino.

How is that a carry? Especially when he keeps running aground and not deploying smoke to screen his team mates.
He held his position on B long enough to make the opposing side scared of pushing in (that and being there denied points to them). If he wasn’t there, they could’ve easily steamrolled right through the middle.
Almost twice as much base exp as the second guy in the rank, he was holding B cap the whole game, and he killed that Kremlin when his team was loosing on points 10 bloody seconds before game ended and you are questioning his carry? Jesus…
