The Atlantico has a speed of 25 kn. It can be enhanced to 26.2 kn with signal. And additional with the brisk skill to 28.9 kn.

Having gone up against her in a Bismark, FDG, and a Pommern, I can say she slap battles with the best of them. Depending on a bit of RNG, situational happenstance, and player skill, she can actually out damage the German Navy’s secondaries, especially when faceing a cruiser. As for Brawling, the lower HP she has really ends up hurting her, but her guns put down some serious hurt. I feel she is a pretty even match to Pommern(minus -her- his torrps), and FDG and maybe even has an edge over Bismark.
Only gripe I have with this ship is the slow base 25 knot speed. Decent about of main guns to compensate for the meh sigma and accuracy, accurate and hard hitting secondaries, decent armor, amazing stealth, and a nice turning circle. This ship is so fun to play, secondaries melt dds that pop up too close so fast and hits cruisers and bbs hard for 1k or even higher. There are many games where if I play it well an close, my secondaries do more damage than my main guns.
