+Underviv but it doesn’t tank any less then another cruiser (See hinden and Zao) if it is fighting competent enemy’s the 25mm upper bow section is easy to strike and gets overmatched by bbs. Straligrad also trades a lot more maneuverability (both speed, turning circle and rudershift) a larger citadel, longer fire duration, a larger HP super structure but gets for slightly more armour on its citadel and a 57mm deck with 305mm guns which have next to the same penetration as the kronstadt.
