Another example of better to be lucky than good. Calling a fellow teammate incompetent when you allowed yourself to get spotted while unnecessarily engaging the Roma. All you had to do was push southeast and you had a points win but no, just couldn’t bring yourself to that, huh?
And firing off a salvo of 12-mile torps at a tail-chased ship already ten miles away seemed to be something of a waste.
