Hizen is a variant of a super battleship project (A-140-J3 Project) that preceded the development of the Yamato-class ships. The ship was designed to have twelve 410 mm guns in triple turrets as her main battery. We invite you to take a look at the Japanese battleship from an unusual angle.

  2. Who just watch dry dock because of history lessons on warships

  3. I hardly play it, Needs a buff to keep up with other ships.
Izumo has better AP penetration, At least lower the Hizen’s reload a few seconds as it’s almost useless and gets easily farmed.

  4. I love how they say they read blueprints of ships to make them accurate. I have looked up some ships and WOWS doesnt always make them accurate. There are a few ships that arent accurate. There are for instance a couple of Battleships ftom different nations that according to there blueprint have torpedoes and in the game the ships doesnt have them or other AA guns that are monuted. So dont let wargaming fool with ship accuracy

  5. It desperately needs a buff lol. At least increase her sigma and decrease her dispersion… Her currently stats just like the Italian BBs were blatantly based entirely around Dead Eye in design…

  6. Oh man, I sure love guns with short range, poor accuracy and a 38-second base reload. I love having less health than a stock Izumo. I love being set on fire easily and have one less health consumable than every other battleship at it’s tier. I love being outclassed by Iwami in every way possible.

Holy Christ this ship is so bad it hurts.

  7. Nilton lourenço Junior

Um bom navio pra jogar com bot, eu tenho esse navio porque coleciono os navios da IJN no jogo

  8. I like Hizen. I like her aesthetics, I like her bulk, I like her loadout. Now…. please either buff her accuracy or speed her fire rate WG. Hizen is very uncomfortable to play.

  9. Star Born Michael Hall

You could use the hull for Hizen. To make another Battlecarrier.

  10. Alonso Ovando Chico

And you can helm her in World of Warships… if you happened to be around for the dockyard event. I hope you are planning to sell it and you buff it for that

  11. My first dockyard ship. Powerful ship but sadly rather slow compared to other battleships, especially with her reload time. Main gun range is also rather short at about 18 km as compared with most battleships with at least 20 km.

  12. Btw other tier 9 have nice models like Hizen or Iwami but what about the old and outdated Izumo ? Is not it time to update this ship (also the Kongo, Fuso, Nagato and Amagi) ? And it would be even better if her third gun is facing forward according to altenative design.
Currently the ship looks too bland and boring and not so believable. While it is a fake ship but it can make so that it looks real like Iwami which has more details and better texture.

  13. I really appreciate the history lesson.

How come Iwami with less guns is better than Hizen?

  14. Not that bad ship, 90k avg dmg after 83 battles

  15. Love this, I would love to see more. Any chance you can partner with a die-cast company to create replicas of these beauties? Would love a few on the work desk

  16. I have the Hizen from the last time it was offered. Since I don’t have Yamato, Hizen is a good stop gap

  17. i love this ship, if it is not in my team.

  18. Hoàng Hà Nguyên Vĩnh

Hizen really need one more heal. She’s not survivable enough to be competitive.

  19. Kazuki Kashiwazaki

Question is, where do you get the GAs for modeling this battleship??
    I wanted to make a model of this myself for developing a papercraft, but I can’t find anywhere else! ^^;
