John Constantine is a DC comic, thats what the movie was based on. He can see demons and ghosts and as a child he suicided and went to hell and in the comic hes trying to buy his way into heaven by defeating demons. Its a decent movie.
My missus loves this movie and the comics … and she is a grandma …. Universal story well told.

River was Joaquin (a.k.a. Leaf) Phoenix’s brother. River was also the star of the first film “Chandler” was in, “A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon”, so I guess they were friends. The entire exchange sounds like he was doing an old bit by Bill Hicks, “We live in a world where John Lennon was murdered, yet Barry Manilow continues to put out fucking albums. God-dammit! If you’re gonna kill somebody, have some fucking taste. I’ll drive you to Kenny Rogers’ house.”
our boy had to look up River Phoenix. i wouldn’t bet that he knows Bill Hicks.
By all accounts, Keanu Reeves is a very nice guy, very chill, and easy to work with. =^[.]^=

Keanu Reeves is a successful actor that keeps his business to himself, while Mathew Perry is a bit of a dip **** who is aggrandizing two people that Darwin Awarded themselves. My best guess is there is a fair bit of childish professional jealousy and a serious lack of self awareness on Perry’s part.
Keanu Reeves seems like a really nice, decent person. Could Chandler BE any more of a knob?
At the time it came out, The Matrix was definitely a great movie… but now that I know the human train wreck behind the creation of it I would never watch it again. Not Keanu’s fault, but I won’t support followers of an ideology that literally wants to do away with family and indoctrinate kids.
I learned more on your stream than a episode of TMZ! 😉

Keanu Reeves is an actual actor who has been almost legendary. Mathew Perry only wishes that he had a 1/10 of his talent. These Friends actors will do or say anything to stay in the media.
Chandler was always jealous of Joey for having that Turkey on his head.
Perry has been in the news promoting his new book which is mostly about his history of substance abuse apparently. I have no knowledge of the book or the man really but hearing some of his abuse extremes, he is lucky to be alive and the comment about other great young actors not making it, might be more self reflective. Perry was the perfect cute guy next door on the screen, but he had demons like most of us, and jumping on the “Keanu is a terrible actor” (a Hollywood meme) band wagon hardly even counts even if it was distasteful.
Matthew Perry was trying to make a cheeky observation about how some of the most talented people seem to be taken from us too soon, but it fell absolutely flat when he used the extremely popular (but until recently was not considered a particularly good actor) Keanu Reeves for comparison.
Constantine was a decent film. Peter Stormare was brilliant as Lucifer, even if completely unlike the comic version. Tilda Swinton was phenomenal as Gabriel.

Why is Keanu Reeves alive? Keanu Reeves is eternal. When God created the world, Keanu was there, just chilling, eating a meatball sub. Do not question the existance of Keanu Reeves, because the answer is beyond comprehension.
Keanu Reeves is one of the most well liked people in the world and a generally known nice guy all round and down to earth

the best proof for you should be that you were vaccinated. did you already … after two years … did you understand what vaccinations were? you’re still sleeping. I won’t wake up from Martix for you. Keanu Reeves won’t do it for you either. your biggest problem is that you don’t care about the truth. while you mock information you don’t understand.
have to realize also that matthew perry struggled massively with addiction and alchoholism during and after his Friends stint. so his brain isnt exactly in tact. keanu is one of my fave people seen too many accounts of him just being a real gem to think otherwise.
