Edit: This was also my build for the longest but I changed IFHE for SE, as 30mm still wrecks crusiers and the fires usally melt BBs as well – plus the torps). I’d say AFT and SE work great…you just farm farm farm until somebody starts shooting, smoke up…and do it all 4times lol

With a tiny bit of hindsight, I’m glad you covered this as I started working my way along the Harugumo line pretty recently (about half way through Akizuki), and I’m looking forward to Kita immensely. Still unsure about IFHE, I love setting fires too much LOL

I love playing this ship its very strong and no you dont have superintendant due too having range in slot 4 🙂 and IFHE, I dont use IFHE on kita cause of usually facing lower tiers with less armour, I only use IFHE on the harugumo cause of higher levels most of the time. Also just my little point if you want range IFHE and Super indendant, my advice would be swap out module 6 for range instead sure you lose a bit of reload but its still good with all the added benefits 🙂
I wonder why do you pick both IFHE and range skill? I think it doesn’t look comfortable with such ballistics
Reason I kept shooting was because it would take 20s for me to go dark either way, and it took less to kill him, so rather secure the trade, but yeah I definitely specified it was a bad idea to begin with.
I get Kita, I dont get Haragumo. cant tame him, is too wild for me.
harugumo is a cruiser, kita is still a dd. you need to chill and farm in harugumo until it’s safer to get close to caps.

One of the best T9 tech tree gun boats in the game. I’ve had games in this ship where I have murdered T10 dd’s too.

Would love another FR T10/9, so mogador or kleber, video. Love gunboats, and the lower tier french DD’s but can’t seem to make the kleber work the same way? What’s the key i wonder
