This ship is a beast of a ship designed to burn other ships to the sea with its 17% burn rate HE.

Sporting a high amount of hit points, the Moskva sets itself apart form the Des Moines and Hindenburg.

First round I had 180,000+ damage, almost 90K of it in fire alone.
