How moskva guns work: -Far range = more citadels, fires, pens, dmg and hits. -Close Range = Nada! I Will stick to tirpitz instead…

They do become worse, just not nearly as much as other BBs. Thinking they become better may lead some to think that this thing has worse close range dispersion than long range, which is not the case. Dispersion always improves the closer you get.

Izumo has one of the fastest battleship shells in the game at 870m/s and tied to Slava… As a result has one of the worst vertical dispersion values in the entire game as trade off. Meanwhile Slava with near identical artillery – somehow achieves “battlecruiser dispersion” thats better than even a Yamato. #fucklogic
Carriers will be the answer.
jay Vee Except Carriers are a universal problem to all other surface ships, not just Slava – so it isn’t exactly solving the imbalance of this ship. And Slava has a really competitive aa suite for T10 with its 57mm mounts that give it 900 DPS on its medium aura and 25mm mounts with 625 DPS for short range aura. Bombers would melt under that.

Everyone plays passive and stay back together to have an AA deterrent. All the BBs can barely hit their targets from range, and one team has 1 Slava that can comfortably nail anything up to 24km
Having a Carrier to sink a Slava has no relation to the fact that its laser accurate guns are not balanced what so ever.
This ship is “balanced by carriers”, don’t make me laugh. It’s like saying Conqueror is balanced with it’s 32mm armour – and thinking having it heal 40k HP (the amount of T10 CA Zao’s HP) in under 10 seconds is “balanced” – it’s like people forgot Republique even existed.

Why is she OP? Easy explanation its a RUSSIAN ship -DEVS are Russians with some national-pride so they make their countrys ships OP -its the same with Russian high tier Tanks in WoT.

If WG is actually serious with this ship, they should nerf the hell out of the armor and make the citadel higher. Also make the turret traverse 60 seconds as a trade-off to the other brawling line
Remember the good time with this ship while in Beta because I’m sure when it’s released it will be beat down to just another huge dispersion low powered BB as in all other ships WOWS has ruined.
Izumo was not the low score on their rank…Enemy team was beaten hardly…
