  1. Lucky game with no destroyers on his flank. Honestly just another sub abuser.

  2. Following that Nebraska to the edge of the map was so damn cancerous

  3. Бета ПЛЕЙ

    Sub only sup

  4. This systematic refusal to ping is not good gameplay. Pinging too much is bad, but so is never pinging. The player here allowed the Kearsarge and the Bourgogne to live much longer than they needed to, simply by refusal to use the ping. In the second time, the Bourgogne had just used the plane-dropped strikes a few seconds before, so he couldn’t do anything even seeing the ping markers, and he had just DCPed some fires, and still the player allowed the torps to miss. That makes no sense.

    • You may not be aware but the player was using dead reckoning torpedoes which do not use sonar but actually do far more damage than sonar torpedoes. Hence the lack of pinging. As a result the gameplay was quite brilliant.

    • @loljkvid Ah, ok. I didn’t know the I-56 could chose between the two kinds of torpedoes.

  5. If this dude used ping and guided torps sometimes, his damage would be a lot higher

  6. Easy rules for submarine attacks:

    1. Use surface speed to attain a position ahead of the target.
    2. Submerge and close to within 4 km–the closer the better.
    3. Fire a full spread from bow tubes.
    4. Follow up if needs be, using stern tubes.
    5. Withdraw from area submerged until outside detection range, then surface.
    6. Avoid destroyers–they’re hard to torpedo, and they want to kill you.

  7. And you still manage to play like that on a submarine! The submarine in terms of the complexity of the gameplay leaves all other classes of troughs in the game far behind, and only a few of the most skillful players can consistently produce such results on submarines – which the video clearly showed! True, there is a possibility that the fight is fake, with “actors”.
