whilst i love the Graf Spee that dispersion at times is frustrating as hell

Actually, in ww2, ship vs ship, the accuracy was around 5%; but there is alway the lucky hit like the bismark vs the hood
Real ships have far worse dispersion than this.
For a tier 6 cruiser 283 are great

Spee is such a powerful ship. Her only serious downsides are crappy dispersion and T8 matchmaking.
I die so fast in this ship is not even funny.
