Do I recommend the Velos? Yes, if you really enjoy Fletcher, and want a Fletcher were you can move a captain for free on, but keep in mind it is Pan-European. No, if you don’t feel the need to have a Fletcher with not much difference to the Fletcher itself, sure it has better reload on armaments, but in reality, Fletcher has more of those armaments.
Release Date: Available with campaign starting 21st October, and available for doubloon purchase starting January 2023.
Price: Premium – 19,300 Doubloons

A fletcher with -1 gun and torp tube? It doesn’t sound that great
Like I said in the video, it trades those for better reload, so you don’t really have a DPM disadvantage on guns, it’s mostly just to have a premium fletcher in your port, which isn’t a carbon copy of fletcher. If that’s worth it for you, that’s up to you to decide, I just showcased the ship and what it’s abilities are.
The true question is: How broken is Velos?
Doesn’t look particularly unique, but she doesn’t powercreep the Fletcher at least. We’ve had enough of that.
That camo is crazy awesome. The torps seem pretty stronk. that is a fast reload on high speed hard-enough hitting peeds.
The Torpedo speed is the same as Fletcher, but yeah it’s a super narrow spread.
This is the perfect premium. It’s similar to tech tree ships but there’s a unique twist on it with less guns but faster reload, less torps but faster reload and tighter spread, DFAA and speed boost at the same time, and it’s also historical.
