I think it’s strong, probably borders on OP, but I think Kremlin just particularly suits me well. The ship just matches my playstyle well.
I would agree its very strong if it had more consumables or anything even slightly diffrent i would say OP but as is its just Really good but i think people are so used to Yamato being the BB that hits as hard consistantly Kremlin just annoys some but Kremlin is far from most broken ship at t10 rn
