Hood is amazing now in my opinion. It has improved ap pen angles like the des moin which makes it so consistent at dealing damage. Its so tanky as well when angled and has more health than most tier 8s and some tier 9s…..

Took Hood out today for the first time in ages, it seems alot better than I remeber, lots of damage, 145K on one game, actually always liked her but I remember the guns being much more inconsistent. The unrotated parachute rocket things also trailled a wire behind them, the idea was the plane would snag the wire and the parachute bomb on the end of the wire would be dragged down into the aircraft. Highly ineffective but scary for the aircraft that did snag a wire (some RAF airfields had them in the battle of britain too).
