I expect that will change. It is kind of silly. Something like 5.6 or so might be reasonable.

Omer Bekcioglu and of course you are taking into account all the bonuses from the module and such. Plus the IJN DDs like Kagero, Shiratsuyu, Akatsuki etc etc But yeah, the concealment is just broken and OP
Just what was needed, a great DD to further reduce the effectiveness of IJN DDs. Why do WG even pretend that IJN DDs are still viable? Their guns are useless in a protracted gunfight, their torps are nerfed into the ground, there’s tons of radar around and now the last thing they had going, concealment, is also taken away.
