I noticed this too, but I don’t think flambass uses the karma system often (compared to other streamers that run out of reports by the 2nd match 😀 )

Carriers in this game are like the Antimagic Weapon Ea of king Gilgamesh from Fate/Stay Night. You can throw an overpowering Excalibur barrage at it, you can mass high AA ships like Iskandar’s army, but Ea will still nuke you. Because Ea is balanced.
