@The Mighty Jingles , when die Cyclone hits, the spotting range is not directly lowed to 8km, it decreases over time. Thats why the Montana could spot him all the time.

“Actually Jingles”, the 8 kms detection range from the cyclone hadnt kicked in for a lot of the time you were talking about it at the start, it was still the Montana and cruisers spotting him, its not until he killed the Montana that the detection range had dropped to 8km.
The cyclone isn’t instant 8km spotting range, it’s a gradual decrease. Even then, ships beyond 8km would still be unable to target him.
Also, how did you think the Tirpitz got killed by the Kurfurst when it clearly says Kelorn did it?

Jingles- I find it a bit odd that you play the sound clip of them saying the ship’s name correctly, but then not 10 seconds later, you pronounce it differently. Why?
