Designed and built after World War II, and equipped with powerful dual-purpose 127 mm artillery, this relatively small cruiser was primarily used for AA defenses.
Colbert was first released in August 2019 along with the Research Bureau, where she remains available for Research Points.

Yes I agree sometimes he was using the scroll too much. But he was also using right mouse button to see the surrounding (where the shells will fall) and he was zooming out cause these arcs are so big you won’t see how it’s flying and how much to adjust the aim.
In comparison to Smolensk – Colbert needs more skill (using terrain and maneuvering hard cause it has very high cit) it’s bigger then Smolensk so it’s taking more full pens like Minotaur. It’s in fact between Mino and Smolensk in size.
