Price: Dockyard ship. 30 total levels. Two starter packs available: 2 phases for 3200 and 9 for 12000. 3200 dbl is the minimum cost for Wisconsin if player does NOT already own WV’44. If player owns WV’44, then they will receive 3 phases when they earn ’44 and Wisconsin can be earned completely for free! All phases completed after 30 will give 250 steel.

@thepurplesmurf I watched his stream and honestly Wisconsin seems to only be marginally better. It missed a broadside zieten 6 kms away which almost never happens in any other bb and there were PLENTY of salvos that were straight dog water

It would be really interesting to see if the playerbase stopped camping without carriers, though I think not since they would they still be too dumb to not avoid crossfires and torpedo boats despite almost everyone having a hydro
