  1. Haven’t watched yet but istg if he’s doing a PQ

    Nvm he still has sense.

    • Doing a “PQ” has finally become a real verb from just being a meme? 😂👍

    • What I don’t get about the PQ situation is that he aims right, the shots are beautifully dispersed (or lack thereof), land where he wants them, do decent pen dmg, but don’t do WTFPWN 8x citadels dev strike consistently like he expects them to, so he rages. Citadels were always a dice roll, and at any rate that’s not the ship’s fault, but the game mechanics’ so not sure how he comes out of it saying the Wisconsin is mediocre. Dude the shots are LANDING.

    • I think it’s just not tempering your expectations. I think I saw him smash a Kremlin for near 30k without a Cit and he was disappointed. Expectations man…

Like honestly, Siegfried with Cruiser dispersion and 2.05 Sigma and you don’t Citadel every broadside you see.

Citadels are just bonus if you ask me. Getting 6 full pens on a broadside BB for 22k is already considered very solid a salvo.

      “Doing a PQ” – Phrase
“Doing a PQ” is when you make a video on a new ship, then immediately go back on what you said in a new video talking about how underwhelming it is for a few clicks. Then getting made fun of.

    • wtf is istg

  2. @IntelCorei-KProcessor-go2to

Wisconsin should still have the same heals as Iowa, its just that Wisconsin’s HP pool is slightly larger so the consumable proportionally heals a bit more.

    • @tahiribnmohammad5410

      math aint his strong point

    • @sealordmountbatten

The heal literally heals more, yes I am aware of why it heals more, but you still get MORE HP per second

    • @IntelCorei-KProcessor-go2to

@@sealordmountbatten That’s like saying Nagato heals are better than Fuso’s heals. C’mon man… Most ships have different heals by that logic.

Still, respect for actually replying. No other WoWS YTbers interacts with the comments like you do

    • @@IntelCorei-KProcessor-go2to you really aren’t getting it. Most ships have different heals. Take T7 brit bb’s, the Rooke has 59,200 hp and heals at 296 a second. Then there’s the Nelson with 59,400 hp and it’s massive heal of 1425 a second.

    • @sealordmountbatten

@@IntelCorei-KProcessor-go2toin a moment, that slightly more HP per second can make a difference, especially when you have the ability to crank another off in 18s with the combat instructions. Players used to take SE on BBs for that very reason back in the day. Yes it is a small difference, but it’s worth mentioning imo

  3. I think Wisconsin is decent . I say keep expectations low and you should have great fun. Its amazing how soviet shells are faster and most of the guns and ships were never built. Thanks for going into depth about the ships guns

    • @AlanRoehrich9651

Well, as a closed beta tester for both WoT and WoW, I can say that imaginary Russian weapons are the favorite and the go to of wargaming.

In another sport I’m involved in, we call them “paper cars”, stuff that was proposed, and some parts made, but none were actually produced.

    • “Keep your expectations low and you’ll never be disappointed” is basically the #1 rule of World of Warships..

  4. I am curious SLM how much flak you get in matches while running the Wisconsin? Its stupid how folks are trying to shame people who have the ship already, from what I have seen recently.

  5. @tahiribnmohammad5410

The shell dispersion difference between Iowa and Wisconsin is massive
    Hor Dispersion 180 vs 149 (@ 12km)
    vertical dispersion 91 vs 75
    Sigma 1.9 vs 2.0

Shell speed and pen a bit higher to

Wisconson top 5 accurate bbs in the entire game

  6. @sealordmountbatten

Something I forgot to mention is that the lesser Krupp of the Wisconsin will lead to slightly less penetration at short range, but the shells will have better penetration at longer range due to the shell speed thanks to the better air drag

  7. One thing I did notice the dock yard is slowly opening each part of the build.

  8. You need a play list of “I was wrong about {insert random ship name}……”.

  9. USS New Jersey Speculation video!

  10. @williamneitzel2249

What I would like to know is why WG changed the dockyard reset from Mondays to Wednesdays ? Every DY I have done, up til now, always reset on Mondays.

  11. @AlanRoehrich9651

I’m hoping the stuff to fix my game rig short term arrives this week. If it gets me up and running, I’m grinding for the Wisconsin. For the first time, I’ll spend real cash on the game itself for a doubloon package. Hopefully the grind will get me through some tiers as well, and position me to get the Maine if it becomes available.

This Wisconsin thing is the first thing I have seen them do that gets me interested in playing again, and I was in the beta.

  12. I always think it’s funny when I’m watching your videos and I notice I’m in the same round in the background video, I run into you more times then I can count. The Wisconsin looks like a pretty decent ship.

  13. @pallegantzhorn3742

    9:49 Payback!

  14. @danielvaughn1535

Thanks for the update, don’t beat yourself up, we all make mistakes

  15. I agree, they don’t include this information because this game is not a simulator and is not meant to be. I agree they could add drop down menus for stat warriors, but the vast majority of players won’t find much value in “how my shells are .002 harder than this ship so it’ll pen so much more”. And you will rarely if ever get into a situation in game where knowing you pen 2% more is of any value. Shoot the player if you pen or don’t, also 2% extra pen isn’t your issue with the rng in the game.

I would like to see a AP pen capability for each ship like “500mm-50mm” min to max range. This is easier than remembering and mathing out 4-5 different numbers.
    Thank you for the content.

    • I think what would be really useful is to have a set of values for 2km – half range – full range that show angle of impact, time to target, pen and dispersion (if possible on a standard target with 100 shots so we can judge the pattern)

  16. @erikwellerweller8623

I have concluded that splitting hairs on stats is irrelevant as WG never tells the truth and the spaghetti code, countless bugs, and hidden algorithms mean any given salvo is a crap shoot and your ships win rate depends on how you play it and how WG wants to fuel your gambling and rage addiction today.

  17. Wargaming assumes its players are stupid and dumb down the UI as much as possible. They did the same thing with WoT, where there are a lot of hidden statistics.

I remember back in early WoT people were complaining about Russian tanks having better armor than they should for their thickness but there was nothing to prove it. Until it got datamined and it was shown that many Russian tanks had much higher homogenization statistics for their armor, making the armor ‘harder’.

Soon after that they claim they “retired” that stat, but yeah, okay.

  18. A real man is not afraid to say he was wrong, readjust, then move on. Well said SLM.

  19. As it is well known atmosphere is not a thing for the mighty soviet union, the soviet existed in a vacuum and it was fuelled by Vodka, so the existence of Slava in this game is perfectly reasonable.
    😁

  20. WG: “Comrades, we will soon be releasing a new menu option for gunnery details. It will be unlockable with ‘stats tokens’ which you can buy in new ‘Gunnery’ gamble boxes!”
